Configuration & Pricing
Final pricing depends on configuration, size and tooling package. Most systems in this category are quoted within 3–5 working days — priced to compete with imported and OEM alternatives.
Single-station torque-controlled assembly system for repeatable fastening operations.
A flexible single-spindle assembly cell for controlled tightening of one fastener or one fastening group at a time. It is suited to lower-volume production, model variants and operations where a single programmable torque tool provides the right balance of flexibility and control.
Engineering problem: Hand tools depend heavily on operator technique and often provide limited traceability. A guided spindle with recipe-controlled parameters standardises the fastening operation.
