Configuration & Pricing
Final pricing depends on configuration, size and tooling package. Most systems in this category are quoted within 3–5 working days — priced to compete with imported and OEM alternatives.
Vertical crimping cell for controlled attachment of fittings to composite insulator assemblies.
A production-oriented vertical crimping machine designed around the controlled deformation of metal fittings onto composite insulator rods. The cell combines rigid tooling, positive part location, controlled crimping motion and interlocked sequencing so the operator repeats the same process cycle instead of relying on manual force and judgement.
Engineering problem: Crimp quality depends on alignment, tooling condition, process force and repeatable stroke. The machine converts these variables into a guided, interlocked production sequence and can be configured for recipe-based process parameters and in-process force/position checks.
Typical use
| Parameter | Design basis / published information |
|---|---|

| HMI | Proface / Indusoft |
| Duty | Continuous production |
| Typical crimp force envelope | Approx. 50–500 kN, configured to fitting/tooling |
| Stroke | Typically 100–400 mm, tooling dependent |
| Part location | Dedicated changeable fixture / V-block or collet arrangement |
| Monitoring | Force, position, part presence and cycle status |
